Day - 138

Entry for  -- 07/08/2014   --- Woke up at 9.30am... went to the shop to get my cycle home... it was 8 to 9 kms away from my home... so rode the cycle back home... did ride it later on around my office building all in all did 10kms of cycling today... food out of control in a bad wway... dont know how to control this... lets see how i do with my new cycle....

Day -- 137

Entry for  07/07/2014  --  Monday pool closed... little bit pains in legs... Its not a big deal... didnt run... just took a nice rest day... food out of control still... Feels like i'm taking it all for granted... 

Day -- 136

Entry for - 07/06/2014 ---  Race day... woke up at 4.30 am... went for the run... it was a trail run on a hill... no proper road... lot of elevations and slopes... did my 10kms in 84 mins and 35 seconds... not bad considering that it wasnt the usual road... went swimming in the evening, did 1km... feeling great no pains at all... feels like i'm graduating to the half marathon distance... lets see... food no restrictions... ate lot of usual stuff...

Day - 135

Slept after 4am last night after watching 2 exciting football matches from world cup... woke up very very late... had a very nice relaxing sleep... woke up after 2 pm... had rice with lentil stew and shallow fried potatoes... tomorrow 10k race so carbo loading today... went for swim in the evening... swam 2.5 kms.... swimming after a while... after 5 days... nice relaxing day... will go for the run in the morning... enjoying an Argentinian win... just 5mins of stoppage time to go... sure they would defend the 1 goal they have... 

Day - 134

Entry for -- 07/04/2014    Was a holiday from work... slept till 11 am..... then just stayed at home till afternoon... then went to buy a bicycle... spent a reasonable amount to buy a good 21 geared cycle... then went to play Badminton with colleagues from office... played for 2 hrs... then went another couple of colleagues for bowling... did bowling for an hour... then went and watched the movie transformers - Age Of Extinction... as usual lot of noise and a lot of CGI... and little substance.... Ate noodles in the afternoon for lunch... dinner had a lot of bad stuff... did some cycling... watched both world cup soccer matches and slept very very late...

Day --- 133

Entry for  ---  7/3/2014... Alright... updating the day way past mid night... but nothing is there to update... was feeling tired and physically down today... and got a lot of work at office as well... so didnt do any exercise... and didnt eat right at all... going to play badminton tomorrow with friends... will see if i can run or swim tomorrow... its a holiday for me at work.. so should be nice to relax for a day... and buying a bicycle tomorrow... should be a good day...

Alright ... This has been long overdue... Couldnt get enough time (sigh... got time to play my FB game .... talk about irony... need to set my priorities right...) ... Swimming going amazingly well... running not so well... seems very difficult to finish my running section of the 30 days 100 km running part... 50km of swimming is still possible... here is the statistics... Food highly out of control... everyday i try and everyday i fail with this at some point or the other...


Got a 10km run this Sunday... Ran 5kms today... Will try to update daily... the above stats were created by Dailymail website... well.... going to try my best to stay on track... lets see how it goes...
