Entry for 02/27/2014 -- Slept only for 4 or 5 hours and woke up and couldn't go swimming as I had to take care of another friend's upcoming b'day gift arrangements... So no swimming, had rice pancake again for breakfast, lunch 3 flat bread with a dry mix veg curry, evening had 2 green teas... Evening around 7pm had a 2 egg omelet with a bun... Not a bad day i guess... looking forward to swimming tomorrow...

Day - 10
Entry For - 02/26/2014 -- Finally one perfect day... Breakfast had a thin rice pancake ... then swam for 1.5hrs... For the first time since I started learning to swim, I did more rounds of the length of the pool than the width of it... started breathing during the swim... its not perfect or balanced breathing technique by any means, but it lets me continue to swim... Trying to smoothen my breathing technique and I should be set after that... Lets see... Lunch as usual my friends dragged me to the restaurant but I managed to control my urge and had only a chicken manchow soup... Evening had a green tea, no sugar only honey... Dinner had very thin flat bread with a boiled cabbage curry and boiled cauliflower curry... 27th is my friends b'day so some of my friends and I went to his home at midnight to surprise him and we celebrated his birthday... managed with only a sliver of cake here as well... but sleep has been a rare luxury .... need to sleep well tomorrow... All in all a perfect day... hope to continue this...

Day - 9
For Feb 25, 2014..... An absolute disaster of a day... Lost all my TT matches in all categories... Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles..... Ate like I used to before the experiment, all junk nothing good... definitely I'm slipping into the old habits, weight has been the same, checked again today... tomorrow going to office 2.5hrs early to have a good swim... got to get back on track... waiting for the tomorrow's swim....

Day - 8
Slept very late last night.... So had to sleep till late, no breakfast... for lunch had chicken fried rice, Not ideal... but couldn't help... Playing TT for few hours everyday and in an inter office competition... So I need some carbs... Didn't eat anything else till dinner time... just had a green tea... Played TT for 2hours... Tomorrow morning have a quarterfinal match with a very good player... never seen him play, but the grapevine is he plays very well, may be a little better than me, so I'm hoping to play my best game tomorrow... So played very seriously today... For dinner had 3 flat bread, with a mixed vegetable dry curry... Going 2.5 hrs early tomorrow, 1hr for preparation and warm up then the match... lets see how I fare...

Day 4,5,6,7
From 20th to 23rd... I've been stuck with some stuff.. Been on and off with my diet... swam on 2 days... today for 2hrs... feeling good but ate a lot in the afternoon lunch.... I have to move to a different place, searching for a new flat... so that's taking some of my time... Got to pick my self up and run my ass off... and may be some swimming... next week is the serious workout week, I'm at 94 now... want to get into 80's very soon, i.e. in next 2 weeks... Lets see...

Day - 3
Having a hard time in the 4 to 5 days... So much has happened in such a short time that I'm finding hard to sleep without getting lost in my thoughts... So the result is that I wake up late and don't have time for anything else.. Wanted to wake up early so with some effort managed to get up by 10am, no breakfast, I had a ping pong match at 2pm, so couldn't eat lunch as it would make me sluggish... had a cream roll with banana milk shake, then in the evening had an egg puff and a veg puff.... night had a lot of rice with an assortment of curries and veg dishes (called Thali). Played TT for almost 3hrs, so needed some good dinner... Anyway won all my ping pong matches so that's good... a lil tired and sleepy... ate lot of stuff... its bitter sweet...

Day - 2
Nothing went according to plan... Didn't have any breakfast, went out to a clinic in the morning... Then went for lunch, had a Fish Tandoor, i.e. a whole fish cooked in a oven called Tandoor and its covered in a marinade of spices... not very unhealthy but had a rice dish called Chicken Biryani... That screwed up my day... it was just the beginning, didn't eat anything in the evening had just a Tea... Dinner had small quantity of rice with yellow lentil soup... no exercise, was pretty busy with work today... tomorrow got my table tennis (ping pong) singles and doubles matches... Lets see how I fare... still not getting to good habits will try to get on track in next couple of days...
