Day - 12

Entry for 02/28/2014  -- Went to office excited about swimming... went there 2.5hrs early... For the first time I wanted to count the round I was doing and wanted to do as many as I could... So I started the count and also measured the length of the pool, it was 24meters long... nearly.... So I managed to do a total of 32 rounds in ( 16 if you count to and fro as one round) ... I did 8 rounds width wise... so in total I did around 800 meters... of course I would take a break after each round to steady my breath... I spent in total about 1hr and 45mins... Really happy with how it all went down... Ok food, breakfast had a stuffed pan-fried flat bread called Paratha, the stuffing was vegetables and some mint... After the breakfast did the swimming, lunch - went out to the restaurant, but controlled my intake, had vegetable hot and sour soup with mushrooms and vegetables, it was pretty spicy... also had one flat bread with a spice coated fish cooked on direct fire in a special oven called tandoor, evening, had a green tea and a plate of fruits, Dinner only soup was different, it was chicken manchow soup, flat bread and the fish stayed the same... ate quite a bit, but I guess its not too much... happy with the day... hope to keep the momentum...
