Saturday and Sunday i.e. yesterday and day before yesterday... did swimming for 3hrs and 2hrs respectively... I love spending long hours in the pool... I don't swim continuously, but don't take too many breaks also... so it was a good weekend... I have been swimming all these weeks, had to stop it a couple of weeks... but other than that I've been fairly regular... I'm at 94 now... planning to go down into the 80's pretty soon... that would be the first time I'm in 80's in 9 years or so... So looking forward to it... and my Bicycle purchase lies on going below 90... so got to start my efforts in getting there... My back has been a little sensitive in the past few weeks, while on a jog one day had a sharp pain, then I have not been running... So swimming is the one and only big part of my calorie loss plans... So got to keep it up.... Registered for my inter office TT competition... I'm pretty good, but winning is difficult as there are much better players... and I've kind of a performance pressure in competitions... so lets see how it goes... playing singles, doubles and mixed doubles.... should be good exercise at least... Now to food... yesterday I let myself go completely and ate like hell... Today started with the 180days... No exercise, rest day of sorts... Started slow, slept till late, went to office and did regular work... Food...
No breakfast
Lunch - 3 flat breads made of whole wheat flour...
Post Lunch - A friend got engaged, he brought sweets, had to eat some ( ok ok I ate more than some)
4pm - Had a tea and 4 biscuits
7pm - Had a tea again ( office AC was screwed, it was way too cold, so needed a tea)
Dinner - 2 boiled eggs
Not an ideal day, but it will get better from tomorrow....
Visiting a clinic tomorrow, planning to try something new in terms of my looks, lets see how it goes...
Excited to start this activity again.... looking forward to a big difference this time... Fingers Crossed...
