Got a little off track today, ate rice.... but i guess its okay. Realized that no matter how much i control food, it wont make a big difference until i start some physical activity. I've been thinking for years to hit the gym atleast in a milder manner, but never been able to do that. So thinking of setting another challenging task that would keep me motivated to do some physical activity .... Thinking of doing a 10K run (atleast walk half the way if i couldnt run) in the upcoming Marathon in the nearby city next month.... Will decide tomorrow and register .... Not sure if 20 days is enough to prepare for this, but will give it a try, what do i got to loose (hopefully some weight :))... Hopefully this would keep me on my toes and help me stick to the plan.... Time for bed now....
