Day - 52

Slept around 11.30pm last night and wokeup at 5.15am... Went for the jog... wanted to hold up my yesterday's distance... so set my timer at 35mins... just to keep it daunting... i was sure i couldnt do this much of time... so started off as everyday with lots of discomfort... but once all the rust went off in my body... i was at my usual slow pace, steady breath... and looking good... After 2.5kms... my back started hurting a bit ... it was the usual pain that everyone gets when running for long.. so i kept going... slowly but with certainity i reached my usual 3km distance... was tempted to stop... it was 23mins by now... i just wanted to see how further could i go... so i kept going very slowly... at around 33mins, reached my best distance of 3.7kms (like i said before this is what google says, and i have to agree with it).... so kept going further and reached a new point... 3.92kms per google... so close yet so far from 4kms... i crossed the 35mins inbetween 3.7kms and 3.92 kms... i finished 3.92kms in 38mins... i was really surprised and happy to have done this .... really didnt think i could do it... Man i was ecstatic.... the real joy of running comes in the last 5mins of your run when u gasp for air... beathing with u r nose and mouth and hoping you had a couple more of those... sweating from everywhere and everything passing by is nothing but a blur... thats the true joy of running atleast for me... i know i'm not an expert runner but today i really felt like a runner... so despite of my reservations i rewarded myself... had a new Tshirt for a while, its a little tight... so didnt wear it till now... i didnt care today... wore it to office... thought the day couldnt get any better but it did.... No more details on this... but it turned out to be bittersweet... anyway... I'm happy about how it all went down... Played a cricket match in the evening and lost again :) ... its alright... Ok food...

Breakfast   --- Upma (the Samolina flour dish)
Pre Lunch  --- 1 Tea
Lunch        --- 3 flat breads with simply boiled cabbage dish
Evening     --- Didnt eat anything was busy with work and wasnt hungry
Dinner       --- A very small sugar apple, little bit of sago boiled in milk

All in all a great day for the experiment... But as i get ready to sleep... i feel a small void inside me... a void that i was hoping to fill, but knew for sure i havent found the one to fill it yet... i was hoping i had found the one... but hey i was wrong... again... like i said its bittersweet... i go to sleep today with a feeling of serenity and happiness not just from running, but from life itself, from being blessed with a chance to do what i wanted to do for long... from having the chance to meet people who could understand some of my craziness, from the simplicity of an honest conversation that allows you to sit across the table and just talk about anything you like, without having to think too much about the reactions you might invoke... From the simple joys of life... GN

Day - 51

The big dinner lastnight didnt agree well with me... another reason could be that i hardly had 5hrs of sleep... eitherway my stomach was upset and i had a vomitting sensation... but wokeup at 5am, went for jogging, it was very difficult to jog with that weird vomitting sensation and my legs were also stiff, specially my right knee... anyway everything settled down after 1.5kms... i slowed down my pace and jogged with a mad target i wanted to run for more than 30mins distance didnt matter today... it was all about time... so speed wasnt important... set a stopwatch and pushed myself to run that long... my best time till date had been 27mins...My normal average time for 3kms is 21 to 22 mins... But Voila... Today i did the 30mins plus 2mins more... and the distance was ofcourse more than anything i have done so far... atleast 600 to 700 meters more than my best distance... Drumrolllllll i believe i have crossed the 4km mark today... my new best distance... Googlemaps almost agrees with me... just a 100 to 200mts short of 4kms... i consider it 4kms :)  .... very happy with it... For the first time it feels like i can run 5kms very soon... ok food

Breakfast --- had 400ml of Milk with littlebit of Honey
Lunch      --- 3 flat bread with Soyabean curry and few slices of carrot
Evening   --- Tea
Dinner     ---  Apple and 2 breadslices with Honey

In the evening played a cricket match... lost the match ... but good physical activity... thats all i care for now...

And its an ideal day... happy with it... Time for bed... GN

Day - 50

Entry for 10/28/2013 .... Here we go... the 50th day is here!!!! 50% of the expperiment done... Today as i look back at this journey... i have mixed emotions... on one hand i havent lost any weight :( ... but that wasnt exactly the target behind this whole exercise... so the target was to get ito a healthy lifestyle and get into physical activity... i guess i didnt exactly follow everything to the dot... but i did most of the things i wanted to... few days were bad... the good ones are more in numbers than the bad ones... did my first 10km... now able to run albeit very slowly for 3.5kms... most importantly i found the joy of running again... It taught me a lot about my self... and no injuries so far... praying to all the gods to save me from injury.... i am optimistic that in 2 weeks i can run 5kms at a stretch... so happy with how things have gone... I'm happy that i stuck to the plan till now.... hoping to continue going forward... so about today...

Went for jogging, ran 3kms my usual distance...

Breakfast --- Egg sandwich... 2 slices of bread, 2 hard boiled eggs, no cheese or butter, one Tea

Lunch     --- 3 flat bread, dont remember the vegetarian curry i had along with this

Evening just one tea

Dinner    --- Okay little bit of justification... Today is the last day before all my friends would disburse for the years biggest festival, and was also my 50th day... and i wanted to try Lobster for the first time in my life... all these things culminated into a party :) ... so yeah i had a heavy dinner... I dont mind this one... it was my idea to have a party!!! I'm happy dont regret this party... going into tomorrow with a good feeling...

Day - 49

Went for jogging today.... did 3kms 500mts shorter still than my best distance...

Breakfast -- had 3 slices of small bread and 2 eggs ... made them into kind of French toast... only salt and chilli powder no sugar...

Lunch -- 3 small rice pancakes with omlet made with one egg

Evening --- 4 bread slices, with jam and honey

Dinner -- rice pancakes again... need to stop these suckers from tomorrow... hoping to get into my usual routine from tomorrow...

Almost at day 50 havent lost even a kilo... but feel much better than when i started on day 1... so i will keep going...

Day - 48

Entry for 10/26/2013--- Slept till late ... no jogging... i know the week has been rocky... havent done enough... but i needed sleep... didnt eat anything bad... just fruits, an omlet of 2 eggs, few rice pan cakes... will go tomorrow for jogging...

Day - 47

Entry for 10/25/2013... Slept till 8am today... had to sleep for few hours...been cutting my sleep time very thin... so took a rest day... also watched the film Gravity today... amazing movie... loved it... didnt eat anything bad or in big quantity... didnt go for the jog... slept very late ... my friend is gone so will have time from tomorrow onwards... dont think will jog tomorrow as well...

Day - 46

Entry for 10/24/2013...Went for joggin again... did my 3km distance... still 400 to 500meters short of my best distance... didnt register for 10k on 27th... i want to be able to run atleast 5km at a strech before i do another 10k... again dont remember what all i ate... but did have a lunch and dinner with my friend so might have had some bad things... not a good day in this aspect i guess but was socially needed... anyway... havent slept well.. so need to sleep well tomorrow...

Day - 45

Entry for 10/23/2013....  Went for jogging today... did my usual 2kms... friend has visited... he will be here for 3 to 4 days... so couldnt update the blog...  cant remember exactly what i have eaten... but for sure didnt eat anything bad... at least not in regrettable quantities... So guess was an okay day...

Day - 44

This Entry is for 10/22/2013... Didnt go jogging today, been sleeping late and waking up early for few days.. and i have a cricket match in the evening...so not straining myself today... we played the match in the worst possible way... and ofcourse we lost... anyway, no regrettable stuuf. so allz good... tomorrow will jog again and update the blog on daily baiss.

Day - 43

This enntry is for 10/21/2013... work up early, went for the jog, did my best distance so far, a little more than 3.5kms.... felt really really nice... i realized today that the pain i've been having in the left leg is not a pain in my heel but its in my ankle... little scared that i might just hurt it... so taking cautious steps and listening to what my body says... also will start taking rest days from now on... Food, all normal, no big and regrettable stuff all was in limits... Need to update the blog daily, loosing a lot of details if i write after a few days...

Day - 42

Entry for 10/20/2013 --- Its been a very hectic 5 days... havent written in 3 days... Have a class today and didnt jog for last 2 days, so woke up early, went for the jog, did 3kms. Then class, then office... and slept late in the night... been a hectic day... as i try to write about this day thinking of what all happened... its all a haze!!! dont remember a lot of details... so i must start updating everything on the same day... otherwise this is useless...

Day - 41

Woke up late as i slept very late... second day in a row without morning jog... followed by the best jog i ever did ... that was on Thursday... anyway... need to get back into the rhythm again... i've set a target now... i need to loose 5kgs by 11/07/2013.... and will do a 10k on 27th... didnt have any breakfast this morning... had a lunch of flat bread, rice with green beans, lentils and some samolina dessert... wasnt as good a choice... but its the third day with bad eating... didnt eat anything in the evening... dinner planning to eat an orange and a pear may be... hitting the bed in some time... need to go and jog my ass off tomorrow...

Day - 40

Entry for 10/18/2013... This day marks the completion of 40% of the experiment... but wasnt an ideal day... woke up late as i slept very late... still feeling sleepy... didnt go for jogging... came to office... feeling a little low... didnt eat anything bad as such... but worked in office for more than 15hours straight, so jogging not possible tomorrow... tomorrow is Saturday usually off day from work, but tomorrow have to go and work on a project that i need to deliver on Monday... so its going to be busy ... hopefully can jog on Sunday morning before the class...

Day - 39

This entry is for 10/17/2013....Wokeup at 5.30am, went for the jog, ran 200meters more than my best distance so far... been very busy all day... ate lunch and dinner outside... booth parties with friends ... so ate a ton of shit!!!!!   :( :( :( ... my fall from grace was very ungraeful today... slept very late... except for the perfect run which lasted 27mins.... then walk back which all took 1hr 10mins... all in all good start ruined... need to get back to form... got home very late slept after 1.30am... feeling bad for spending the day this way!!!

Day - 38

Though slept very late last night, wokeup at 5.30am, and went for my jog... And it was a glorious day!!! I ran continuosly for 23mins and 10seconds!!!! covered just a little than 3kms... longest distance i ran for the last few years.... then on my way back ran on and off... may be around 1km in total... felt amazing.... my T-shirt wet with sweat... i was breathing fire like a dragon :) ... My reading glasses (which i wear even during jog) covered with vapor radiating from my face... the foggy road ahead with few walkers in the early morning... it was a perfect setting... enjoyed today's run so much... The pain in the heel reminds me of its presence every now and then during the run... but its not severe... running very slow most of the time to ensure i dont do any damage... planning to run 10km again on 27th... there is a 10km charity run... still thinking... ok food..

Breakfast   --- An apple at 8am
                       11.20am     --- An omlet with some bread and a couple of biscuits
Lunch        --- 3 flat bread, with okra side dish
evening     --- didnt eat anything
dinner        --- a small pear and a pomegrenite

A great day ... planning to hit the bed now... tomorrow have a team lunch so will be stuffed during lunch... will try to avoid over eating there.... GN

Day - 37

This entry is for 10/15/2013... couldnt write yesterday as i was busy...Wokeup at 5.30am, went for the jog, did my usual distance and on my way back tried to run a little more, did almost 40%  of that returning distance running with some breaks in between...rest of the 60% walked... so was a good day... still have some pain in the heel trying not to stress it too much... Ate a Sugar apple the last one i had at 7.45am.... 10.30am had a breakfast, a pancake kind of a thing made with rice flower and letils... had a big lunch, chicken leg marinated in a mint marinade and grilled on indirect heat from charcoal, naan bread with mix veg curry and 1/3rd of a chicken briyani, a spicy rice dish... didnt have anything in the evening except for a tea... didnt eat dinner also, as i was busy in some work... Except for that big lunch everything else was good... and skipping the dinner isnt ideal, but i did run quite a bit and seem to have some motivation back... looks like i'm getting back on track... hoepfully not having dinner wont affect my run tomorrow and slept really late around 1.30am, hope that this wont cause any problems getting up at 5.30am tomorrow....

Day - 36

Woke up at 5.30am... went for the walk... i have to admit that the Friday morning run that caused a pain in my left heel, scared me a little... another reason why i didnt run on Sat and Sun... today only walked... did a brisk walk... At times its a little embarassing to see older people and much bigger people walk past by me... today i tried catching up with a middle aged couple who walked past me... but couldnt catch up with them... not sure if i'm too slow or they are too fast... my walking speed has to improve if i'm to go below 1hr 30mins in the next 10k try out... been down emotionally and my motivation has suffered... but i'm pretty sure i'm back again... hadnt slept well in last couple of days some troubles of personal kind... but things are getting back on track in that dept... so should be good... Ate a Pear and an orange at 7.30am, 10.30 had a breakfast... just a little more than what would have liked, lunch had a good solid lunch as its festival here today... Evening had a piece of bun with tea, but had a little bit of fried snack called Namkeen... this is the lowest point for me in past 10days or so... not hungry for dinner... so tomorrow got to get the hell up early and get my run right... lets see ... only way from here seems to be up... unless i screwup something... hitting the bed...gn

Day - 35

Slept till 8.30am... didnt go for a walk or anything... infact havent gotten out of home the whole day... Some problems of the personal kind :( :( :( .... was craving for the comfort that good food so readily provides... but that cant be the solution right .... so didnt go out and eat something i would regret later on... didnt have any cooked food, ate one sugar apple in the morning, then after a couple of hours some cornflakes, then a pomegrenite after some time, then a small pear in th evening, then sokme cornflakes again in the night... had some serious craving, did well to keep myself at home and not eat anything bad... anyway its a sullen day!!! cant wait for the week to start... gn

Day - 34

Was feeling a little tired and demotivated... probably because my weigth didnt change even a kg, i knew it wouldnt change much not even a kilo!!! i walked and ran may be 30 to 40kms in the last 34days... still no change in weight... so i've decided to get professional help... will join a gym, will try to work with them to get me to lose some weight... but i have to consult my spine doctor first... i've had issues with my back before, so need to understand if its okay for me to get into a gym, also need to figure out my workout plans based on doctor's inputs... so will go there on tuesday, meanwhile will check for good gyms around... ok, food...

Breakfast --- wokeup late today, slept well, had cornflakes (mouseli) with milk
lunch        --- 2 mosambi
evening    --- there was a cooking competition at my weekend class, so ate a spoonful of few things, all in very small quantities, may 5gms each... one coffee
dinner       --- orange and a sugar apple (also known as custard apple)

Was very very tempted to eat some junk... but controlled my self... but need to shift gears... need to shift gears!!!!

Day - 33

This entry is for 11th - Oct 2013.....

Couldnt update last night... so doing it now.. woke up at 5.30am, went for the jog. After running a little more than a km my left heel started giving me severe pain... so i stopped just before my usual distance, and walked back rest of the way... today marks the completion of the 1/3rd of my experiment, checked my weight again today... there is absolutely no change .... so i'm planning to swing into phase 2.... will hit the gym soon ... will look for professional help... and i need to be motivated a little more... lets see

tea at 12.00 pm, lunch usual 5 flat bread with 2 veg curries
evening upma, dinner 1 small pomegrenite and a mosambi...

Day - 32

Felt very tired in the morning... so couldnt go jogging... continued to sleep till 8.30am... had breakfast at office, Poha the flat rice dish, had to buy some gift for someone in office so went out and had lunch there only... had a burger with 2 strips of chicken in the middle. Dinner an officail office dinner so had too much food... feels like i am travelling fast down the downward spiral into that pit of familiar place... failure to hold onto to my own promise... had a great day at office with lots of appriciations... but didnt keep my own promises to my self... will start fresh tomorrow...

Day - 31

couldnt wake up early... but after i woke up around 6.15, went for a small walk... at 8am.. had a heavy breakfast... cornflakes (mosilin) with nuts and dry fruits with milk... then a 2 egg omlet with few small pieces of bread thrown in... 12pm had a tea, 1.30pm had lunch 5 flat bread with potato dry curry (bad choice i know) and mix veg curry. Evening had upma (the samolina flower snack dish). Dinner small pomegrenite, 2 mosambis. Planning to cut down on food intake after the 33rd day... lets see ... planning few more things as i dont see much change in my weight ... time for bed...

Day - 30

Wokeup at 5.30am... went for m jog... felt a little stiffness in my legs and body during my run... did only 1.5kms... on Sunday during the race the first 5kms seemed so long... that made me doubt if my previous estimates of my daily jog distances are correct or not... so will do a complete research on near by land marks and their distance from my regular starting point... So i may not have been running as many kms as i have been imagining... will check... breakfast, corn flakes with milk and a banana... 12am 2 boiled eggs... Lunch-- 4 flat bread with mixed veg curry, dinner 2 eggs scrabled with a little bit of bread... hitting the bed now... got to wake up by 5.30am tomorrow... I Feel very nice and relaxed today.... hope to keep the rhythm going... took my finishers trophy to work... kept it on my desk...

Day - 29

Didnt go jogging.... there is a little bit of pain in legs... will put some ice before sleeping... Went to office... not sure what the reason is but i'm very very pissed today!!!1 dont know why .... but the day has been frustating and people are getting onto my nerve for some reason... but i've behaved myself and kept the anger inside me... Breakfast and lunch as usual evening 3 boiled eggs, dinner one mosabi... will start jogging again tomorrow... hitting bed soon... gn

Day - 28

Yippie Kai Yayyyyyyyyyy !!!! (of course i wont be using the rest of the part by Mr.McClane).... I did it .... I did the 10KM... I crossed the FINISH LINE :) :) .... I wanted to do it in 1.5hrs...But i learned today the race day is different... no matter how much you practice and prepare ... it will throw u for a loop... the road is different from the one you are used to... there are slopes and different kinds of roads... its all new ... i guess these are not earth shattering revelations for regularss but they were for me... and dont underestimate the intimidation factor .... u see all pros in streamlined shape and there u r in u r awkward size and shape.... there are a lot of big guys in 3k and 5k but not many in 10k... anyway i walked more and ran less... possibly 6km walk and 4km run... or something like that... but i'm very happy... i did it.... the day before we had pasta, which i almost never eat, and it upset my stomach... had a very weird feeling till the begining of the race... so if i do this again i will refrain from eating anything that dont normally eat.... Also my right leg bothered me all day yesterday and this morning as well, had to keep my running to short sprints because of the fear of hurting it... Its hurting just a little bit now... guess should be good tomorrow... Keeping all this aside , i finished it in 1hr and 51mins... i know its almost an hour more than the time compared to the pros... but i dont give a rats a$$ about the pros... I run my own race against my old self... so I'm happy with this time FOR NOW!!! My first 5km took me 1hr and 1min and the second half took me 50mins... With more practise i guess i can get it to 1.5hrs... thats my target now... I will think of the next one after a week... but have to continue going for a jog every morning... Ate a hell a lot of food in the evening... was very hungry... not in a mood to list all ... i'm just happy today... But tomorrow is a new day with new challenges and opportunities... Cant be stuck in yesterday... got to keep moving... Got a busy busy week ahead... hoping to keep my focus on things... Enjoying the last 20-20 cricket match of Sachin and Rahul Dravid... Recharged TV for the Friends visiting to run the race.. It will be off again from tomorrow... Hitting the bed soon once the match is done... GN...

Day - 27

Alright ... much much better now... woke up at 5am... fired up to run as long as i can... got ready and opened my door... damn its raining... it kept raining till 7.30am... so my practise time ruined :( :( ... Friend were going to come from another town to run, they are doing half marathons... so cleaned up my dirty room as much as i could, got ready, collected my bib, and the other stuff from Expo... ready to run tomorrow... now going out for a pasta for dinner... seems its kind of a tradition for these guys... cant believe the day has arrived already... havent run for 3 days...lets see how long i last tomorrow... wish me luck :) :)

Day - 26

The tablets helped... in the morning i was much better, woke up around 6.30am, but was feeling drowsy guess the cold medicine does have some side effects... anyway got back to sleep again... woke up around 8.30am, got ready for office,

Breakfast        ---  Breakfast dish famous here called Poha (Dried Fattened Rice is the main ingredient).
                             and a Tea with a cream bun. Cant hold back on the carbs now as race is on Sunday.

11.30am         ---  Another Tea :( :(

Took tablets after 11.30 tea,

lunch              --- 5 flat bread, lentil soup and a potato spinach curry. No evening snaacks

Dinner            --- ready made noodles, 4 slices of bread.... Ready to run tomorrow now.. Taking medicine again to ensure this...

 Didnt go for the jog today, i guess i wasnt completely ready. Some of my friends and office colleagues started mocking me, saying that i cant take part in the race on Sunday. That i might be better off trying these kind of things. I guess they are fair when they say these things, i dont exactly look like a long distance runner... anyway one more reason to run well on Sunday...

Day - 25

I just realized that 1/4thof the experiment ends today... what a disasterous day it had been... Was on leave planning to have a quiet day, but last night started coughing and got serious cold and headache... woke up at 5.30am as usual but couldnt go for the jog, was too unwell to do anything... Slept till 10am, then had a Pear and 2 pommegrenites for breakfast, then again slept off till 15.00 ... still feeling tired with a serious headache and cold... made a spicy soup of noodles hoping that it would give me some relief... still no relief.... went out in the evening got some medication for the cough and cold... trying to eat some dessert as someone suggested it to be a remedy..., all in all a screwed up day.... must go and jog tomorrow... hope these tablets help... in writing these 10lines i sneezed for about 7 times.... not a good sign .... I'm a little worried... By Sunday i should be fine i hope...

Day - 24

Slept around 11:30pm last night, which is earlier and better than the past few days. Woke up around 6am, went for the jog at 6.30am... Started from my usual point with SOAD playing Lonely Day --- such a nice song, wanted to do a longer run today so kept my initial pace very less, my back also was bothering me a little bit, its a legacy of my older life... Anyway after half the distance, something changed and my rhythm was bad, i was getting out of breath, LedZeppelin whispering those enchanted words of the song Kashmir into my ears, i was done for the day... But i focused on just taking the next step and those wondeful lyrics of Kashmir helped... after finishing my usual distance i wanted to see how far i could go forward... It just donned on me today morning during the run that There is something good and also bad in running a fixed distance everyday or having landmarks in your path, once you reach that landmark you feel like you have done enough, you feel like you have achieved something. But the downside of it is you rarely push beyond that point, that landmark becomes a wall you cant and dont want to cross... So i decided to go further down that road and see how far i could run, i had no targets in mind, no landmark to reach... i was just running... trying to go as far as i could... now my rhythm got better, i was a lot slower (slower than my usual which is slower than most people :) )... But i could further cover another 1KM... that last km was very tough my legs started paining, and LedZeppelin moved to Stairway To Heaven and that helped a lot... i love that song and its lyrics... i wanted to hold on till that song was done... and i was able to last till that song was done... and its a damn long song, more than 8mins... by the end of the song, i was so so tired... upper body all damp with sweat... so i started in a bad way today, but finished better than i ever have... This is my best distance for continues running.... drumrolls ........ its 3kms... I'm very happy, legs are paining a bit, but i guess a chunky cube of ice can take care of that... All in all best day so far... i walked back the 3 kms to my home... so its 3km jog, 3kms of walk... took me exactly 1hr... Inbetween bought fruits and filled my fridge again with fruits... its been empty for 3 days now... My body is hurting a little, just trying to make sure that i dont strain it too much and get an injury that would be a disaster... might take leave tomorrow and get good rest at home...

Breakfast   --- A small pommegrenite, a medium sized pear, and a Citrus limetta - known here as
                       Mosambi..
11am         --- Was feeling very hungry, had a Aloo Paratha, its a whole wheat flower flat bread filled
                       with mash potatos. May not be a great choice, but i was starving...
12pm         --- One Tea, for some reason, i cant seem to be able to stop taking tea :( :(

 Lunch        --- 4 Flat bread with lentil soup and mix veg curry.

Evening     ---  Had lighter snacks, one Tea

Dinner        --- 1 Pomegrenite...

On leave tomorrow will get some rest after my usual morning jog...

Day - 23

Slept around 2.30am last night... woke up at 5.30am as planned. Went for the jog at 6:30am, today was the first time in a few days (4 i think), i started with an intent to run seriously. Most of the last week had been walking only except for one day. But soon after i started, i found my self running on empty cylinders, may be because i didnt have dinner last night or because its been few days since i ran, but after half km, i was feeling tired. Had to push my self a little bit to finish the usual distance, but as i was determined to run more than my usual distance, i didnt stop after reaching my usual point, i continued to run back to the starting point, could only cover may be half km then i stopped running and started walking back, but after a km ran again for may be 300 to 400 mtrs. So i ran the usual distance plus 1/3 of that distance back to my starting point. Walking seems to be fine, probably because i walk pretty slow. Anyway wanted to check out a small park nearby with a nice walker's area. So on my way back took a detour and walked 2 rounds in that park, by then my right leg started bothering me a little so went back home. My right leg gave a serious scare about 2.5yrs back because of some back issues, it is normal now, just bothers me every now and then with a little bit of pain. Today's morning jog was very tiring, another possible reason could be the lack of sleep also, haven't slept enough in last couple of days, anyway got back home around 7:30am, rested a little bit, slept for 45mins and then got ready for work. Was a session of 1hr, 15 mins more compared to usual days. Ran probably for 2.5kms, may have walked another 3kms. No leg pains or cramps of anykind, so should be good tomorrow as well. But need to get good sleep today.... Planning to run as hard as i can for the next 2 days, Friday will run less and Saturday will just walk for more than an hour, sunday 10K race :) :) ...

Breakfast 9am  --  Omlet with 2 eggs, a hint of salt and Red chilli powder...
 11:50am           --  Tea and a Cream Roll (its a light puff pastry of hollow cylindrical shape about
                               7inches long, with a little bit of cream filled in).

Lunch               --   Had an office lunch so ate a lot of Chicken and some rice with one Naan Bread,
                               Heavy lunch, but had to attend, the host was a very very dear friend of mine)

Evening           ---  Tea

Dinner              --- Not hungry, ran out of fruits as well, little worried that this might affect my jog
                              tomorrow, anyway i cant eat anything now...

Feeling good about today ... Hopefully will run a lot more tomorrow... GN
