Entry for - 07/17/2014 --- Woke up late... went for swimming... managed 40 rounds (1km) in 30mins ... thats all the time i had... Having a lot of problem with gas formation after swimming a km or so... reading about ways to avoid it... Lunch had 5 flat breads with lentil soup, chick peas in gravy and mashed vegetables in gravy... a friend brought a nice home made sweet... had some of it.. had one tea in the evening... also had some fried green lentil dough dish... that screwed my day... but couldnt resist it... dinner had 3 pieces and raw dates, an orange and a very small mango... it was so small... going to sleep now...
